The application documents, curricula vitae and certificates are subjected to a meticulous check and, if necessary, references are obtained.
The consultant then carries out a selection interview by phone with each interesting candidate. If this is promising then a personal and detailed job interview is held.
kempers.partner can also carry out additional psychological test methods for candidate selection, should this be necessary or if this is requested by the customer.
On request, kempers.partner can also design assessment center methods for individual persons or groups.
