Our partner MD Wolfgang Vieten is your contact for job placement as well as for  organizational and personnel development measures in the healthcare sector. Mr. Vieten, who started off as a doctor, also holds management seminars for executive doctors in accordance with the Curriculum for Medical Management of the German Medical Association.

Mr. Vieten has very good contacts throughout the German healthcare sector. In addition to the placement of doctors, he also manages several regional and supra-regional doctors’ networks for the conclusion of selective contracts with health insurance companies and hospitals.

Soon after qualifying as a doctor in 1985 at the University of Amsterdam he started a second career as a coach of management teams and as a supervisor of change processes. Since he turned freelance in 1990 he has qualified himself in numerous projects – usually commissioned by international companies – as a project manager and team developer in continuous improvement processes.

In 2003 he managed the setup of the New Supply Systems Division for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Westphalia-Lippe and until 2008 he was active as CEO of KVWL Consult GmbH in Dortmund.

His main activities:

• Grounding and managing doctors’ networks and ambulant/in-patient cooperation
• Developing and concluding selective contracts in accordance with §§ 73b, 73c and 140 of Book 5 of the German Social Welfare Code (SGB-V)
